it wasnt able to brind nasdaq down more than 1/10 of a percent
an attempt to panic longs that wasnt able to bring down more than 1/10 of %… .. tremendous rallies in nikkei and finally germany dax comes into consilience with a 4% decline much better than its low of down 6%
